The Shed is one of my favorite restaurants in all of New Mexico. I impractically want to move to Las Cruces just so I can eat there more often. I usually get the huevos rancheros, which is the best I've ever had. Their menu is large and the food has always been delicious (and when I scope out other's food that is passing by it looks fantastic as well). The service has always been friendly and attentive.
Be prepared for a wait if you don't go early, but it is worth it and not that long. -

The Huevos rancheros with green and red sauce were amazing!!! The red sauce is actually very good! I usually go with green but I loved the red one.
The egsadillas with the brisket was very good and filling. I loved the salsa that they make there, it goes well with the egsadillas.
The kids pancakes are so yummy, funny and good on the price.
The services was great! Keep in mind that this place is always busy so there will be a bit of a wait. -

This is one of those restaurants that is a town favorite. It's always busy throughout the day but it's well worth the wait. This restaurant (like the name) is a quaint little "shed-like" establishment with a shaded patio. They offer Mexican and American breakfast with a delicious quiche of the day. The food is yummy and they bake their own fresh bread.

Love this restaurant! If I lived in Las Cruces I would want to have breakfast here every day. We had the huevos rancheros and eggs benedict and they were to die for.
Yummy! -

Excellent food and friendly service. We would come more often, but we can't get get in due to its popularity.
